This document describes how Grand Commerce du Sud ("GCS", "we") collects and processes personal data from visitors to sgcs.tn. We comply with Tunisian law no. 2004-63 on the protection of personal data, and follow European good practice (GDPR) for visitors from the European Union.

02What we collect
When you fill in the contact form: name, company, email address, phone number, subject and content of your message. This information is voluntarily provided by you. When you browse the site: anonymised audience statistics (pages viewed, time on page, device type) only if you accept the analytics cookies.
03Purposes
Contact form data is used solely to handle your enquiry (quote, stock availability, datasheet, other commercial request) and to follow up. Anonymised statistics help us improve the site. We never sell your data and never use it for advertising.
04Retention
Commercial enquiries: three years from our last exchange. Audience statistics: fourteen months maximum. Data may be deleted at any time on request to sales@gcs.tn.
05Recipients
Your data is accessible only to the GCS sales team and, where applicable, to our hosting provider strictly for the purpose of running the service. No data is transferred outside the European Union or Tunisia without appropriate safeguards.
06Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over your personal data. Exercise these rights by writing to sales@gcs.tn. We reply within thirty days. If you disagree with our response, you may refer the matter to the Tunisian Personal Data Protection Authority (INPDP).
07Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Commercial emails are kept in a professional, authenticated mailbox. We do not store any banking data.
