We reply within 24 business hours with pricing and live stock availability from our Mégrine warehouse. For more complex jobs (large diameters, public tenders) we come back within 48 hours with a full proposal.
02Do you deliver everywhere in the country?
Yes. We deliver from our Mégrine warehouse to Greater Tunis, the Sahel, the South and the mining basin. For export orders (North Africa, Middle East, sub-Saharan Africa) our team handles documentation and shipping with you.
03Do you bid on public tenders?
Yes. We have supplied Tunisian design offices, public utilities and concessionaires since 1995. We know how to prepare a complete tender file: technical sheets, certificates of conformity, tax certificates, project references.
04Are your products certified for drinking water?
Our references meet the applicable ISO and EN standards, with approval for drinking-water networks. CE and ISO 9001 certificates from our partner manufacturers are available on the Company page and on request.
05Can I visit the warehouse?
Of course. We welcome design offices and installers at Mégrine, ZI Sidi Rezig, Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:30. Call or email us ahead so a sales contact is free for you.
